Neal’s Mom’s Pecan Pie Recipe

1 Cup pecans in frozen/refrigerated pie shell (in bottom)

Blend until smooth:

3 eggs

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 cup Brown Sugar

1 cup white Karo syrup

1 tsp Vanilla

2 tsp Melted Butter

Instructions:

Pour well-blended mix into an unbaked shell. Pecans will float to the top.

Bake: 15 min at 375 degrees, then cover edges with foil (oil/spray the side of foil touching the crust edges) and bake at 50 min at 325 degrees. Let cool to room temperature. Enjoy!
