Nice to know someone has our backs. Thank you!
We heard a lot about “Reagan Republicans” from the opposition at the IDGOP convention. I was a “Reagan Republican” as well when he was our President, and I still think he was one of the best presidents we have ever had. But we are now 4 decades past his time, and our context has changed in many ways. I would bet that if Reagan were around today, he would have adapted to the changed context as well as well. We have all adapted in the last 40 years–we’ve learned to use internet, laptops and cell phones. We’ve learned to navigate all sorts of changes. What these “opposition” people are actually saying is, “I’m 40 years behind the times.” It’s time they started living in the 2020s, and got behind the GOP platform!
