Special Prosecutor Fani Willis, who was in charge of the Fulton County election case against Trump is on trial for misconduct. She allegedly had an improper relationship with a prosecutor she hired in which benefited from his salary earned from the appointment. A judge will decide if Fani should be kicked off the case.
A bill that would limit lawsuits against pesticide makers heads to the Senate floor. Farmers who use pesticides hope the bill passes to keep pesticides affordable. Those who oppose the bill fear it may limit recourse of people injured by the chemicals.
