The Idaho School Boards Association is pushing school districts to hide gender identity and sexual orientation from parents. Policies adopted in the Buhl, Challis, Marsh Valley, Middleton, and Wilder school districts threaten demotion and termination of employment for violating a student’s confidentiality on LGBTQ issues.
Gov. DeSantis joined other Florida lawmakers to strip Disney of its special self-governing status.
