Senator Tammy Nichols visited the southern U.S. border because she believes that every state is being affected by the boarder crisis. While there she talked to locals and gained perspective of what is happening with drug trafficking and human trafficking. She said that sections of wall are falling apart or are wide open. She talked about the humanitarian crisis and the dangers that refugees face, including organ harvesting, women and girls face an 80% chance of being raped, and the 80,000 missing children. Idaho and other states are sending law enforcement to help, but they are mostly used for paper processing.
