Mark Fuller talks about the lawsuit brought by the Bingham County Republican Central Committee against Idaho GOP and Chairwoman Dorothy Moon because of “bully tactics” used in a recent election within the local party.
According to the Bingham County GOP, Moon inappropriately used her power and authority to negate an election within the Bingham County Republican Central Committee.
Moon said there needed to be a new election because a grievance was filed, which said the election didn’t follow the party rules. Those who disagreed with Moon filed the suit.
In the interview Mark Fuller also said that small, but important items like this lawsuit are being used to distract from more weighty matters like party fundraising and ranked choice voting.
