St. Luke’s claims that Ammon Bundy defamed the hospital in a CPS case where a baby was removed from a home when the parents took the baby to the hospital for vomiting. The Medical report says the family is friendly with Bundy, who called out the hospital for misusing COVID relief funds. Bundy believes that St. Lukes’s and the Idaho media is trying to escalate the conflict to violence because of political motivation. He says civil suits are being used more frequently to curtail freedom of speech. Bundy is currently petitioning the federal courts to take up the case.
