AG Labrador was sued by Reclaim Idaho for titling the rank choice voting ballot initiative as a “rank choice voting” initiative instead of calling it an “open primary” initiative. Labrador was also sued by abortion advocates over the abortion trafficking law. Former Pocatello restaurant owner, Yan “Bo” Fong was charged for buying illegal animal parts and selling them in his restaurant.
